I create original surface-pattern designs inspired by colour, texture, nature and the possibilities of print.
With a portfolio of approximately 50 seamless repeat designs, I offer distinctive patterns for commercial licensing across textiles, homewares, accessories, stationery and other products.
Combining hand-created artwork with digital design techniques, my collections include expressive abstracts, botanical illustrations and contemporary decorative patterns.

From Surface Pattern to Interior Design

Developed as part of my BA (Hons) Printed Textiles final major project, this collection brings together my original surface-pattern designs, hand-printed fabrics and contemporary furnishing applications.
I designed and printed all the fabrics used in the upholstered wingback chair, matching footstool and coordinating textiles.
The completed collection was exhibited at Rochester Art Gallery, demonstrating how original artwork can be developed into distinctive, coordinated textile collections for interiors.
